Feedback

Whether you are providing feedback, paying a compliment or making a complaint, your input will be greatly appreciated and will be carefully considered. We value your feedback as it provides us with additional information and assists us in identifying problem areas so that corrective action can be taken.

  • To submit feedback regarding services and activities provided by CISP you can:
  • -Fill in the online feedback form
  • -Fill in the hardcopy feedback form at our field offices
  • -Talk to CISP field staff, who will forward your comments

Handling your feedback

 

CISP handles all feedback with confidentiality and impartiality. Once your feedback is received, it will be registered, reviewed and forwarded to an appointed member of the management. The management will initiate a follow up and evaluate whether appropriate corrective measures may be implemented, either in current or future interventions. Follow up actions will be recorded in the database and, when generating a specific update, they may be viewable in our Activity Update section.

Referral of your comments

In case your feedback does not fall within the scope of CISP's assistance, we will refer it to the relevant person or organization.
